By commissioning me in any kind of way, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.GENERAL TERMS.
Product will be delivered digitally.
I will only start commissions once I accept and receive the payment.PAYMENT
All commissions must be paid in full, upfront.
The currency accepted is USD.REFUND POLICY
Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months.PROCESS
Work In Progress's will only be given if the commissioner personally ask for it.
ETA for your commission can be 1-4 weeks depending on order of commission.
Please check my ToDo list to keep track of your commission progress.After a commission is finished, only small changes are allowed to be made. Such as small coloring/marking mistakes.
Any great changes will come with an extra charge. Such as an outfit change, outfit addition or subtraction, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw it completely.COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY
I'm allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to: Promote myself with in any place or site.The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand.Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, AI, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
If you break the copyright infringement in any way, every right you had to the drawing will be retracted.The following is considered Copyright infringement:Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially. (Meaning making money of it in any way)
Taking Credit for the creation of the artwork.
Removing any watermarks/signatures.
Altering the artwork without my, the artist´s, consent.
